Domingo León, hero of the people

Domingo León was born in a small village in central Mexico, and from a young age he knew he was destined for greatness. Greatness how, he wasn't quite sure -- he considered politics, but found it too corrupt; land ownership, but found it too confining; the church, but felt no calling; women, but couldn't figure out how to make them a full-time occupation. Still, his charming tongue and easy manner and boundless confidence kept him going, even if they're just as likely to get him into situations where he's a fish out of water.
