Leslie Trevalis Leslie Trevalis was once a professional gambler, using his uncanny ability to read a man's character only to accumulate wealth. But then he begin to study Eastern mysticism — first because he heard it would enable him to know what cards his opponents were holding, and then later because this new philosophy began to change his character. Now he uses his powers, both new and old, to strike against evil wherever it lies. When his hypnotic eyes fails to accomplish the job, his sword-cane and concealed knives usually suffice.
