Proposal
For a period of 7 days following the passing of this proposal, a clone of the rules page (at the time of passing) will be created at /Revolutionary Document, open for free wiki editing by players, restricted to a maximum of 15 distinct rules. At the end of this period, the final state of the rules will be submitted as a single special block proposal, to be accepted, or rejected as a complete whole by the normal methods of proposal rejection. Existing rules on proposal format and abilities of proposals are suspended for the purpose of this vote. If passed, the changed rules will replace rules 1 to 15, except unless a particular numbered rule is left blank in the new version, in which case the rule at the time of the acceptance of the changed page with that number is inserted in its place.
