* Baf: Nay. Like Jota, I don't think we should be using rule proposals to add players, but in addition, I don't see a need for the rest of the rule either. Why not let non-players propose rules? If we don't like what they propose, we can just vote it down. I don't think there's much danger of us getting inundated with so many outside proposals that it becomes a problem. |

Only players can propose rules. Fang is a player.

- Baf: Nay. Like Jota, I don't think we should be using rule proposals to add players, but in addition, I don't see a need for the rest of the rule either. Why not let non-players propose rules?
