Tentative Proposal
New Rule:
If a player has been in disapproval of a proposal continuously for four days straight (not counting time elapsed before the adoption of this rule), any player may declare that proposal "dead" by editing its wiki page to indicate this status under a "Proposal Status" heading on the proposal's wiki page.
- At the moment a proposal becomes dead, all players are considered to immediately vote against it (regardless of how they may have previously voted regarding the proposal).
- Any new players added to the game are considered to immediately vote against all dead proposals.
- If, by any means, a player votes in favor of a dead proposal, that player is considered to immediately change their vote to be against it.
- If a proposal is dead, no player is permitted to edit its wiki page in such a way that would make it appear not to be dead.
