Tentative Proposal
New Rule:
- Anything that can be done by unanimous agreement of the players can also be done by the agreement of a supermajority of two thirds or more of the players.
- If the rules state that something can be done by a supermajority of two thirds or more of the players, then a proposal to do that thing succeeds when two thirds or more of the players are in approval of it.
And so it was decided: the hour would be forty minutes and the day sixteen hours. And thus did the moon finally catch up to the sun.

This is mainly so that all of our proposals (including adding cards or players or things like that) can be passed the same way. --Jota 16:46, 31 January 2012 (PST)
