Noodling/Flexible Stunts RPG

This is another stunt/aspect union system - or, arguably, it has no stunts and it has more specialized uses for fate points. Spending a fate point requires having a relevant aspect (like, you still explain why your aspect lets you do the thing). Things you can spend fate points on (you can't do the usual +2 to roll/reroll):
- Perform the skill much quicker than you could otherwise
- Perform the skill using many fewer tools or materials or prep than you would otherwise need
- Perform the skill at a greater distance than you normally could
- Add a boost (in the technical fate sense) to the effect of the skill
- If the skill gives a boost, get a situation aspect instead
- Declare you're on your home turf socially, and get +2 to all social rolls (intimidate, rapport, disguise to blend in, etc) - this is pretty broad, like it's both a Pirate aspect letting you be on home turf down at the dockside tavern, and a Noble being on home turf when talking to a bunch of serfs
- Roll a different skill instead of the usual one
You can keep all these effects until the end of the current scene (at least as long as you're using the skill in similar circumstances).
