We've met/heard of/killed the following NPCs thus far:

Suzanna and Pierre Pervenche, Vicomte du Cap-Royal (parents were captured)
Laura Schriftsteller (is 15, daughter of the Baron, just started)
Adelheid and Klara Sessemann (Adelheid was seen hynotized or sleepwalking)
Arielle Sainte-Seraphine (parents are dead!)

Baron Walter Shriftseller, head of Geneva College and the town of Geneva, and the theoretically-independent Helvetica Province. Widowed.
