Proposal

For a period of 7 days following the passing of this rule, a clone of the rules page will be open for free wiki editing by players, restricted to a maximum of 15 distinct rules. At the end of this period, the final state of the rules will be submitted as a single block proposal, to be accepted, or rejected as a complete whole by the normal methods of proposal rejection. Existing rules on proposal format are suspended for the purpose of this block vote.
