Proposal

Each proposal created after this rule is passed shall be accompanied by a passage of 'flavour text', written in italics, of length 1 to 5 sentences. This passage is not considered part of the rule in terms of governing the behaviour of players, but must not directly contradict the flavour text of rules already passed or else the proposal is invalid. The flavour text must illustrate at least one of: the need for the rule, a reason for the rule, the consequences of not following the rule, the consequences of following the rule.

The archivists of Zuulana were most byzantine in their filing systems, but within the book of 'Nomic, a horrifying story could be, with training, be eventually desciphered.
