Proposal

New Rule:

Whenever a Proposal is declared "dead", the Anger stat of any player who was "in approval" of it at the time is increased by 1.

YOU MANIACS! YOU BLEW IT UP! DAMN YOU! GOD DAMN YOU ALL TO HELL!
