Character Actions

Elaine schmoozes the hostile forest tribe at I12, suggesting lucrative and honour-rich military jobs and a chance to take a pop at House Gwyne.

Results

3 units of Food and 1 of Savage Corn are shipped to the empire, and sold to ravenous demand. Back at home, 2 units of Food and 1 of Corn are produced, and the research institute researches.

The Hrobaj Cadet Scouts explore J8, and discover another of the mysterious Savage Corn Mazes. Closer to base, the Geoleverage Taskforce delve into the heavy forests of H13 and discovers something very unlikely: a close-to-the-surface vein of thorium that has led to unusual effects on the surrounding area, creating unusually nutritious soil and unusually adorable wildlife (this is a mixed source, that can support a mine that can produce any of Thorium, Food, or Cute Animals, though not more than one of each per turn).

Elaine meets up with the tribe in I12 and engages in some diplomacy.
