I'd suggest Raix goes to +Trade/Politics -Research, instead. Since there's lots of -militaries already, and it seems more realistic to an aging, stagnating house to have a proud military tradition and a few mothballed battleships as 'family heirlooms', but be disapproving of innovation. It might even be a +military.
