Ghogg says, "There doesn't seem to be anything out, but you look close, and -- really odd looking -- there's some sort of shape next to the ship, and a very small light from the top."

Bjorg looks for whatever light he's talking about.

Ghogg says, "You can only see it faintly down there, but now that he's pointed it out, it's definitely a circular shape attached to the ship."

Ghogg says, "Rope, eh? Ok, down..."

CharlesAlgun says, "Then going after it may be a suicide mission."

Bjorg says, "Oh my ... get that rope"

Bjorg grabs a rope and ties it around himself.

Bjorg looks around for a cave or some such.

CharlesAlgun looks up the cliff, for signs that anyone had been climing it recently.

CharlesAlgun starts up.

Ghogg says (to Charles), "Well, it seems the only possibility, since the tracks stop there."

Ghogg says, "Both Charles and Bjorg scrabble up the cliff."

Ghogg says, "The sailors follow behind carefully."

Bjorg peeks over the top of the cliff for signs of trouble, before pulling himself over the top.

Ghogg says (to Bjorg), "perception."

Ghogg says, "If there's an ambush, it's too dark to tell."

Bjorg scrambles over the cliff edge, and helps pull up the others.

Ghogg says, "Everyone pushes themselves up and looks around."

CharlesAlgun looks for any signs of the trail.

Ghogg says, "The rocky part extends a bit to the right, and it elevates more, there could be a cave hidden around there somewhere. To the left the rocks slope down and eventually reach earth, and there's a hilly section starting with sparse trees."

Ghogg says, "You don't see any houses but it is dark."

Ghogg says (to Charles), "wits straight"

[7thsea] Ghogg says, "it's hilly straight as well"

CharlesAlgun says, "Let's try this way."

[7thsea] Ghogg says, "well, more or less, it's 3/8 to the right rock, 5/8 to the left hills"

CharlesAlgun says (to Man), "Stay here, keep a watch."

Ghogg says (to Charles), "Arr."

[7thsea] Bjorg says (to charles), "trying to slowly ditch all the brutes after your boat-tipping incident, I see"

CharlesAlgun leads toward the rocky area, to see if there's any sort of cave or other hidden routes.

[7thsea] Bjorg says, "also works like a breadcrumb trail if we get lost, i guess"

Ghogg asks (of Bjorg), "what are you doing?"

Bjorg follows Charles.

Ghogg asks, "And the other three brutes?"

[7thsea] CharlesAlgun says, "Brutes are good for things like keeping a lookout."

Bjorg also looks for a cave or whatnot.

[7thsea] Bjorg asks (of charles), "sure, except what's he going to do if he spots something?"

CharlesAlgun says (to Other Three), "Scout out the area and report back."

Ghogg says, "The rocks are pretty unstable, you have to work to keep your grip as moving upward."

Ghogg says (to Charles), "Arr."

[7thsea] Ghogg says, "ok, so I'll have them check the hills"

[7thsea] CharlesAlgun says, "Well, if something kills him, he can scream really loud."

[7thsea] Bjorg says (to charles), "hee"

Ghogg says, "The rocks bend and there does seem to be an opening of sorts near the top"

CharlesAlgun motions for Bjorg to be very, very quiet.

[7thsea] CharlesAlgun will let Bjorg do that. He doesn't think katre wants to hear any more about it from him.

[7thsea] Bjorg says, "sleep is good ... especially after getting woken up at 5am by a damn rattling flagpole outside your apartment"

[7thsea] CharlesAlgun says, "Bah, I was intentionally up too late last night for the sole purpose of practising for tonight :)"

[7thsea] Ghogg says, "you can be sleep deprived next week, ok? unless I get the job and start preparing to move in which case my computer may be packed up. but I'll let y'all know in advance"
