DiegoValdez says (to Era), "(shrug) Senor Hans seemed rather uncomfortable about him ... not, of course, that I trust a stranger more than a man who has fought beside me, but it does seem odd."
Ghogg says (to Maxwell), "He should trust you then....head down to Seeufer and ask, they've got a camp near there."
Era_Khar'Kov asks, "Diego,  the whole journey, since that unfortunate ship-wreck, has been highly unusual, to say the least.  What is one more bit of oddness?"
Maxwell says (to Traegue), "Thank you. You're most kind."
DiegoValdez laughs. "True."
Ghogg says (to Maxwell), "Just watch out...near to the Black Forest, as you know."
Era_Khar'Kov asks, "Seriously, though, why does it worry you?"
DiegoValdez says (to Era), "Not worry ... I merely wonder."

Era_Khar'Kov says, "True.  These social games are over my poor head."
[Crows-Nest] Era_Khar'Kov grins.  Not today!
Ghogg says (to Maxwell), "I'd suggest getting moving soon after, Sieger's not someone to idle against."
Maxwell bows and exits, with a final thanks.
Rudiger says (to Era and Diego as he enters), "Sorry about that."
DiegoValdez asks (of Rudiger), "ah. Had a nice chat?"
Rudiger says, "Couldn't find him. I took the opportunity to look outside to see if our follower had returned. No such luck."
DiegoValdez says, "Heh. Everyone should have followers."
Rudiger says, "My main concern was that the man might have been someone I had angered during my time in Montaigne."
DiegoValdez asks, "Oh?"
Rudiger says, "I was a young man, serving in the army."
Rudiger says, "There were times I was not as...restrained as I should have been in taverns."
DiegoValdez grins. Ah, one of *those* stories.
Ghogg says, "[Maxwell retrurns]"
Era_Khar'Kov asks, "And you think someone may still be holding a grudge?"

Rudiger shrugs. "I should undoubtedly mark it up to my being nervous after yesterday and today."

Era_Khar'Kov asks, "What did you do that could possibly be that serious?"

DiegoValdez says, "We should go there and see what he's found ... perhaps the sword has turned up."
Ghogg says, "[oof. everyone is moving slow today.]"

Rudiger says (to Diego), "There are those of us who are more suited to dealing with the criminal element."

DiegoValdez says, "Maybe what this situation needs is a cavalry charge...."

Rudiger says (to Maxwell), "It would be good, I think, in case Morte turns out to be as touch as his name implies."

DiegoValdez knows what "Morte" means in Thean, and thinks precautions are a Very Good Thing.

Rudiger says (to Era), "When I saw him the other night, he had three companions."
