[colonial] PerrySimm says, "Log on."
[colonial] G_M asks, "his name kept popping up?"
[colonial] Tymen says, "Ah, good enough."
[colonial] Tymen says, "I couldn't remember if there was sometihng specific we were expecting from him."
[colonial] G_M says, "'course, if you had any specific questions to ask, it might be nice to have them in mind."
[colonial] Tymen says, "Well, *I* already interviewed him earlier. It's Brianna, I think, who ahs questions for him now."
[colonial] Tymen says, "Well, plus the obvious ones about 'what's up with the goat' and 'are those dribbly candles supposed to be important or something'."
[colonial] G_M asks (of Tymen), "any changes now, though?"
[colonial] G_M says, "(er, goat?)"
[colonial] G_M checks his notes
[colonial] Tymen says, "'The table is stacked with ... something ... a figure, possibly with horns....'"
[colonial] Brianna says, "Hey, since sarge isn't here yet, I need fone real quick."
[colonial] Brianna says, "Back in a sec..."
Brianna has disconnected.
[colonial] Tymen says, "Could just as easily be a Vesten helmet, but 'goat' sounded more dramatic."
[colonial] G_M guesses Tymen is off huntin' wabbits.
Brianna has connected.
[colonial] Tymen asks, "Should Sarge perhaps be emailed?"
G_M says, "still no sarge. yeah, think I'll try e-mail...."
Reginald says, "I saw him earlier today; he seemed to be aware of it."
Tymen says, "He may have had sudden RL problems."
G_M says, "possible"
Tymen asks, "Hmm. Where was it he moved to when he recently moved?"
Tymen asks, "Did he shift west a timezone?"
[colonial] Brianna says, "Arkansas, IIRC, and I believe he did."
[colonial] G_M says, "huh."
[colonial] G_M says, "so maybe he thinks it's half an hour from now...."
[colonial] Tymen says, "Possibly."
[colonial] Tymen says, "If he's not here by ninish or so, we probably ought to reschedule."
[colonial] Tymen says, "Since much later would be kinda late to start the game."
[colonial] G_M says, "mm."
[colonial] G_M says, "and i leave for Calgary on Saturday morning."
[colonial] Tymen asks, "For how long?"
[colonial] G_M says, "two weeks"
[colonial] G_M says, "(although maybe I could log in from Roger's....)"
[colonial] Brianna says, "yeah, I leave for PA in the morning, and still have packing to do. Packing for a toddler is like planning an arctic expedition. :-)"
[colonial] G_M says, "heh"
[colonial] Reginald says, "Sure; come on over for a visit."
Alonso has connected.
[colonial] G_M says, "just need your phone number (again)"
[colonial] G_M exclaims, "Hey, it's a Sarge!"
[colonial] Alonso says, "Sorry about that -- I keep forgetting that I'm not in the eastern time zone anymore"
[colonial] G_M says, "heh"
[colonial] Alonso says, "(I'm in Alabama these days instead of NC)"
[colonial] Alonso says, "Apologies to everyone"
G_M says, "So, when last we left our intrepid heroes, they were at the door of Dr Ludovic Strange's house, an hour or two before dawn."
G_M says, "Well, an hour before the trial, anyway. It's beginning to get light in the east."
Reginald finally finds the rest of the group. "Ah, there you are," he says, quietly.
Tymen recaps leaning sideways, to peer through a window.
Alonso is standing before the front door, deciding about going in or not.
G_M says (to Tymen), "And you see Strange in front of an altar thingy."
G_M says (to Alonso), "as I recall, you figured out that the door is barred on the inside."
[colonial] Tymen asks (of Alonso), "Deciding whether or not to try again?"
[colonial] Tymen says, "Timing."
Tymen says, "There's something not right here."
[colonial] Alonso says, "This is what happens when you graduate, get a new job, and move from one session to the next"
Tymen creeps around the side of the house.
Alonso says, "Is there another entrance? I fear what's going on inside."
Brianna says, "We could always bang the door in."
G_M says, "There's probably a back door."
Alonso asks, "There's probably a back door. Tymen? See anything?"
G_M says (to Tymen), "There's a walled-in courtyad with lots of trees and plants and stuff. The wall is maybe 7 or 8 feet high."
[colonial] Tymen asks, "Can I see into the courtyard?"
[colonial] Tymen asks, "If it's walled in... does it have a door/gate/window or soemthing?"
[colonial] Brianna says, "I could hoist you over."
[colonial] Tymen says (to Brianna), "I'm waiting to see if there's an open door, first :)"
Reginald offers to give Tymen a leg up if he needs it.
Alonso strides after Tymen and stops at the wall.
[colonial] Tymen asks, "Also, aren't you still around the front?"
[colonial] G_M says, "There is a door, but, like the front door, it's locked."
[colonial] Brianna says, "I'm feeling particularly buff at the moment. Inanimate objects, beware! :-)"
Tymen says (to Alonso), "I think the courtyard's on the other side of this wall."
Tymen says, "I'm going to try going over it."
Reginald keeps an eye on Strange, through the window.
Tymen makes an attempt to scale the wall, using any offered boosts as available.
[colonial] Tymen asks, "Finesse? Brawn?"
[colonial] G_M says, "finesse"
[7thsea] Tymen rolls 6k3: 6 1 2 2 9 3 | 18
G_M says, "And Tymen goes over the wall. The courtyard is near-choked with greenery."
Tymen perches on the top of the wall, looking down into the courtyard for a back door into the house.
G_M says, "Several doors, wide open."
Tymen whispers back, "The back doors are open. Are you coming with me? I can give you a hand up."
Alonso whispers, "Here, help me up, then."
Tymen reaches down and takes Alonso's arm.
Brianna says, "I'll stick with Reginald and guard the front. Holler if you need help."
Alonso pushes off with his staff and uses Tymen's assistance to gain the wall.
[colonial] Alonso says, "Hm. I don't think I have the Wall Climbing With Assistance skill"
Brianna asks (of Alonso), "Need a hand?"
[colonial] Tymen says, "My assist is probably a straight Brawn."
[colonial] G_M says, "arrr, you all get over."
[7thsea] Tymen rolls 3k3: 1 4 4 | 9
[colonial] Tymen says (to GM), "I'm glad you said that before I rolled :)"
Alonso huffs and puffs his way to the top of the wall, holding onto his staff.
Tymen drops down on the inside of the courtyard, and moves over to one of the doors.
[colonial] G_M says, "I figure that if you fail this roll, you'll probably just keep retrying until you succeed."
G_M says, "Strange hasn't shifted his position."
Tymen frowns.
[colonial] Tymen asks, "Could one tip-toe inside without being seen?"
Alonso says, "Enough skulking. I mean to have a word with Strange."
[colonial] Tymen asks, "Also, is Strange breathing?"
Alonso prepares to jump off of the wall.
[colonial] Alonso says (to Tymen), "(brief pause in case you wish to restrain me)"
[colonial] Tymen says, "Nah, I'm looking the other way."
Alonso leaps, cassock rippling in the wind!
[colonial] G_M says, "Strange is breathing, yes. He appears to be praying or meditating or something."
[colonial] Tymen says, "Also, hoping we don't get charged with the good doctor's murder."
[colonial] Tymen says, "Phew."
[colonial] Reginald says, "Or possessed by Unspeakable Evil."
Tymen holds his breath when he he hears Alonso crashdown, and tries to blend in with the shadows and greenery.
G_M says, "Well, Strange stops what he's doing and listens."
Alonso heads for the house.
(From G_M) Strange: Hello?
Tymen stays where he is, letting Alonso do the 'being seen' bits of things.
Alonso exclaims, "Hallo the house!"
Reginald knocks on the door.
[Crows-Nest] (from Tymen) House exclaims, "Hallo the priest!"
(From G_M) Strange: Wha ... Hey! What are you doing in my garden?
(From G_M) Strange looks a little confused, then goes to answer the door.
Reginald gives Brianna an encouraging elbow to the ribs.
[colonial] Brianna says, "Brianna is todler arguing - a hopeless endevor."
(From G_M) Strange: (to Reginald) I say, I do believe I have an intruder in my garden....
Reginald asks, "An intruder?"
Brianna says, "I think you hear nothing but the wind."
Alonso pauses, bemused.
Reginald pointedly looks over Strange's shoulder at his altar.
[colonial] Tymen asks, "Would I be able to pick up a loose branch while they're doing this without being heard?"
(From G_M) Strange: er, well, wait here.
(From G_M) Strange hurries back out into the garden. "You!"
Brianna grabs Strange's arm (before he runs away)
Reginald steps into Strange's parlour.
(From G_M) Strange: ?
Alonso is leaning on his staff, catching his breath from the whole climbing the wall bit. "Indeed! I wondered if we might have a word with you."
Alonso says, "Beautiful garden, by the by. A little wild for my taste, but certainly verdant."
(From G_M) Strange: What do you want?
[colonial] Reginald asks, "What DO we want?"
[colonial] Tymen says, "We want to know his connection to the unguilded swordsmen, for one thing."
Alonso goes back in the house, tapping the altar gently with his staff as he passes. "Some information. I here tell you have much of that."
[colonial] Tymen says, "And what his name was doing in that note."
[colonial] Brianna says, "I thought you wanted to be stealthy, but I seem to have assumed incorrectly, since you clambered over the wall into his garden so you could knock on the back door instead of the front. I'm confuzzled."
[colonial] Alonso says (to Brianna), "I was going to confront him by coming in the back. The door knock threw me off my game."
[colonial] Tymen says (to Brianna), "Tymen wanted to be stealthy. Alonso wanted to... to confront him."
G_M says (to Alonso), "now that you see it up close, it's clearly no Vaticine altar. There's this statue of a cow sitting cross-legged on it."
[colonial] Reginald exclaims, "Therefore he must be as confused as we! Probably more!"
[colonial] Brianna says, "From the back, I see. Very well, pray continue. This is all very amusing."
Reginald asks (of Strange), "Gone native, eh, Doctor?"
[colonial] Tymen says, "Cow, goat, helmet... who can tell the difference."
Alonso asks, "I say, are you praying for beef here?"
[colonial] Alonso says (to Brianna), "I was just looking for an open door so I could barge in instead of having to knock. :)"
(From G_M) Strange is clearly confused.
[colonial] Reginald exclaims, "Success!"
Alonso shakes his head. "Never mind, I can ask about the cow later. Right now we're interested in some swordsmen."
(From G_M) Strange: "What swordsmen?"
[colonial] Brianna says, "Its all much clearer now, thanks. <LOL>"
Reginald says (to Strange), "They say that all roads lead to Rome, Doctor. In this case, every element of the upcoming trial seems to point to... you."
[Crows-Nest] Alonso says, "Grf, I keep trying to play Alonso as Raul."
[colonial] Tymen asks, "What's in the house besides that one room? Stairs? Doorways?"
[Crows-Nest] katre asks, "what's tonight's game?"
[Crows-Nest] Alonso says, "#colonial, Miseri's 7th Sea one"
[Crows-Nest] katre says, "ah, thank'ee"
[colonial] G_M says (to Tymen), "other rooms. oh, there's a rather large room cluttered with all sorts of stuff. Adjoining that is the study. You're now in the front room. There's also a dining room."
Reginald says (to Strange), "You're not accused of anything. Exactly. Yet."
(From G_M) Strange: I should hope not.
[Crows-Nest] Tymen asks, "What's a Rome?"
(From G_M) Strange: I don't know what you mean ... what elements of the upcoming trial?
[colonial] Tymen asks (of GM), "While they're busy confusing him, can I slip through to an adjoining room?"
[colonial] G_M says (to Tymen), "sure"
Brianna asks, "And I'm curious. What purpose, exactly, does that altar serve?"
Tymen slips inside while Strange's back is turned, and disappears through a doorway into another room.
[Crows-Nest] Reginald says, "Damnit. Translate."
Reginald says, "Well, there's this note... please don't mind its shabby condition."
(From G_M) Strange: ahem. well. the local religion, you know, recognises the cow as an avatar of the deity, so chosen because
(From G_M) Strange: er, note? (he pulls on his glasses and looks.
Tymen looks around, and rifles through anything that looks like it could hide things. Desk drawers, bookshelves, etc. Trusting the sound of the conversation to cover any noise he makes.
[colonial] G_M asks, "That's the Eisen note that came with Andersen's wine bottle?"
[colonial] Reginald says, "The one that was torn up on the pub floor, I meant."
Brianna asks, "Yes? Why was the cow chosen as an avatar?"
G_M says (to Tymen), "The large cluttered room looks like it's full of artifacts ... idols, curiosities, rarities...."
[Crows-Nest] Reginald asks (of Brianna), "Wait, are you Good Cop or Bad Cop?"
[Crows-Nest] Alonso says, "hungry-for-a-hamburger cop"
G_M says (to Brianna), "Strange begins a long story about the creation of humankind."
Tymen possibly pockets one or two small curiosities or rarities, but otherwise attempts to keep his mind on matters at hand. Running Blades, the general's wife, and so forth.
G_M says (to Tymen), "Not much that has openable in that room. The study contains a desk and several shelves of books. An amulet of some sort and a magnifying glass are on the desk, along with a book open to somewhere in the middle."
[colonial] Brianna says, "I didn't know good cop bad cop was the game. I thought the point was to confuse and distract whilst Tymen rifles his belongings."
(From G_M) Strange: ... So, because the cow has four stomachs ....
Tymen looks at the amulet and the book.
Brianna nods, and contrives to look fascinated.
[colonial] Tymen says, "If both can be done at once, feel free :)"
[colonial] Tymen says, "I'm surprised Alonso has stopped asking questions."
G_M says (to Tymen), "Amulet is iron, oddly assymetrical. The book is open to an illustration of (you guess) the rajah holding court -- he's wearing a similar amulet, gold in colour and assymetrical, but slightly different in shape."
[colonial] Alonso says, "He started going on about the cow, and I became horribly fascinated"
Reginald exclaims (at Strange), "Surely you don't support this 'cast' system of theirs!"
Tymen raises an eyebrow.
[colonial] Tymen asks, "Is there text that I can't read?"
Alonso says, "This is sounding terribly unlike Vatacine doctrine"
Tymen carefully removes any relevant pages, flips the book to a different spot so the removal won't be immediately obvious, and puts the amulet and the pages into his pocket.
(From G_M) Strange: well, it's about reincarnation and the wheel of life, see? Say you're of the warrior caste, and you've led an exemplary life and you've learned the lessons of this life; in the next life you'll be born a step higher....
[colonial] Tymen asks, "Also, does this room open into any other rooms, or just back into the first one?"
Brianna asks, "So, according to this theory, in my former life, I was a warrior, but not as good as I am know. Am I following you?"
Alonso exclaims, "Dash and blast it, that's not how it works in the slightest!"
[colonial] G_M says (to Tymen), "Study opens to the cluttered room and the front room where Strange and the others are. Cluttered room has exits to the Study, the front room, and the courtyard."
Reginald says, "I can't say I look forward to ending up as a cow someday."
Tymen moves on to the cluttered room, and starts going through the clutter.
(From G_M) Strange: No no, it's ... did you just swarm in on me to discuss theology?
Brianna says (to Reginald), "I bet you'd make great barbeque ribs."
Alonso asks, "I keep getting sidetracked. No, we were curious about -- here, Reginald, you were about to show him the note, yes?"
Reginald says, "Ah, right, yes... oh, here it is."
(From G_M) Strange looks at the note again.
(From G_M) Strange: oh my. interesting.
Reginald says, "Certainly open to... misinterpretation by the authorities, if it came to that."
(From G_M) Strange: It certainly would explain why ... uh ...
Reginald says, "It was in the possession of a known political agitator."
(From G_M) Strange blinks a little, clearly weighing his options.
(From G_M) Strange: Demitri Stanipoulos, you mean? He wouldn't agitate here ... he's safe here.
Brianna says, "Cooperation will only enhance your position with the authorities."
Alonso keeps shaking his head and muttering, "Four stomachs? Wheel of life?"
Tymen hunts for anything relevant in all this mess.
(From G_M) Strange: Everyone knows how Stanipoulos and his fellows feel about the Crescent Empire.
Reginald says (to Strange), "Mmmhmm"
G_M says (to Tymen), "Clearly several explorers have passed this way and sold their findings to Strange. You feel like you're in an Explorers' warehouse."
(From G_M) Strange: They were just here last night, demanding information about this. I can tell you with some certainty that there's no truth in it ... not that they believed me, though.
Tymen mutters quietly to himself, "...must be ages old..."
Reginald asks (of Strange), "There's no truth in... what?"
(From G_M) Strange indicates the note. "That Rajkapur is thinking of forming an alliance with the Crescent Empire. It'll never happen."
Tymen tries to find any papers related to the Running Blades, and the communication that has supposedly passed through Ludovic's hands.
Alonso says, "Interesting, what with the trial and all."
Reginald asks (of Strange), "So you think someone is intentionally trying to rile them up?"
G_M says (to Tymen), "You do find an accounts ledger in the Study ... Names of people who have dealt with Strange. Anders' name does in fact show up a couple of times. Most recent entry relates to Annika having paid off some sort of service debt."
Alonso says, "And the terrible fate of Anders..."
(From G_M) Strange: It certainly looks that way. Can't think why.
(From G_M) Strange: Anders?
[colonial] Tymen asks, "Annika's the New Wife, right?"
[colonial] G_M says, "right"
[colonial] Brianna says, "so she could have paid off some guy to kiss the old wife and have her put away. hnmmmm"
[colonial] Tymen asks, "Anything that might relate to Reginald hiring someone else?"
[colonial] G_M asks (of Tymen), "er what?"
[colonial] Reginald asks, "Hmm?"
[colonial] Tymen asks (of Brianna), "Or more likely, paid off Strange to hire some guy to kiss the old wife, no?"
[colonial] Tymen asks (of GM), "Assuming that if it's in Strange's ledger, that he was the middleman?"
Alonso says, "Oh, terrible how he was poisoned, that's all."
Reginald says (to Strange), "Ander's role in this is increasing unclear."
[colonial] Brianna says, "well, paid some guy via intermediaries, of whom strange may well be one."
[colonial] Reginald says, "He's dead? Oh."
[colonial] Tymen says, "(Unless I misunderstand, which is possible.)"
[colonial] Alonso says, "Anders is not dead, though I'm willing to let Strange think that for the moment"
[colonial] G_M says (to Tymen), "It's not the easiest ledger in the world to follow. Strange appears to be in the middle of so many things, it's not clear where one transaction ends or begins."
(From G_M) Strange: (ahem) why would I know anything about anyone named Anders?
Reginald says (to Strange), "It's becoming clear that there's very little in this town that you don't know about."
Reginald says (to Strange), "And that you stand to profit from this unrest."
(From G_M) Strange: Well, if you think I'm just going to *give* information away, you must be mistaken.
[colonial] Tymen asks, "Hrm. Trying to remember the bits that I wasn't at the keyboard for, and read about in transcripts: the Guy was chased to that boat that we boarded, right?"
Alonso says, "Mmm, yes, probably best if the local authorities extract it."
[colonial] Tymen asks, "Did we have reason to believe that Anders was the Guy?"
Tymen looks for anything about Anders.
[colonial] G_M says, "Positively identified, yes."
[colonial] Tymen says, "Oh, good."
[colonial] Tymen says, "So the wine came from Annika."
[colonial] Tymen says, "OK, sorry for being temporarily dense and confused. It's been a little while since we played :)"
Tymen also looks for anything mentioning last night as a date, or mentioning wine, or alluding to romantic gestures.
[colonial] G_M says, "erf. hold on"
Reginald says (to Strange), "Your most valuable asset in this city, Doctor Strange, is your reputation. You are on the brink of seeing a rather large change in it, either positive or negative. That choice is still yours, for now."
G_M says (to Tymen), "Anders was paid for something very recently; and then he and another fellow (Ruy) were paid for something else last week."
[colonial] Tymen asks, "Does 'Ruy' mean anything to us?"
[colonial] G_M says, "no"
(From G_M) Strange: Are you threatening me?
[colonial] Tymen asks, "Does What'sHerName's brother's name appear anywhere?"
Brianna says, "Not yet, but we can, if you would prefer."
[colonial] G_M says (to Tymen), "no."
Reginald says (to Strange), "These are difficult times. We'd rather have you with us than against us."
(From G_M) Strange: I'd prefer not.
[colonial] Tymen asks, "Also, anyone have anything else they think I should do before I slip out of this room?"
(From G_M) Strange: Difficult times! Feh, I don't see it.
[colonial] Tymen asks (of GM), "Would I have to go through the room everyone else is in to get to the kitchen and/or stairs?"
Reginald says (to Strange), "If you're letting that woman die later today when it's in your power to prevent it, your judgment will come in the next life. I hope you like being a maggot."
Alonso sighs. "I'm not really interested in the politics of the whole situation, but a woman's life is in danger."
[colonial] G_M says (to Tymen), "For the stairs, yes. For the kitchen, that's a separate structure accessible via the courtyard."
(From G_M) Strange: Well, she asked for it, really.
Tymen gets back outside before the doctor loses patience, and moves to check out the kitchen.
(From G_M) Strange: Can't think why she'd choose to be burnt to death, but there, maybe she does love the guy.
Alonso asks, "Ah, there is something new. She asked for it?"
Alonso says, "I'll admit to having spent but a little time in her company, but she didn't strike me as the type to say, 'Please burn me to death.'"
[colonial] Brianna says, "afk - ellarm"
Reginald says (to Strange), "You surely don't believe that she is in cahoots with this 'Kissing Bandit'."
(From G_M) Strange: Happens all the time with second wives. They want to be sealed as a soulmate to their husband in the next life. Only seeing as how Annika's not one of the faithful, I didn't think she'd go for it.
Alonso asks, "Even you find it unexpected, yet you're still unwilling to do more than sit idly by and watch?"
(From G_M) Strange: Well, there's plenty of time, yes? The General's a healthy man; he could very well live for several years yet.
[colonial] Reginald says, "I'm feeling increasingly at a loss."
G_M says (to Tymen), "The kitchen smells of garlic and coriander. Not much of interest, really."
Alonso says, "And suddenly I am confused. Selvarathi is scheduled to be stoned in an hour; it appears this is part of some tangled plot."
(From G_M) Strange: Eh what? OOH, her. Oh yes, well, erm....
Alonso says, "Yes, her."
Brianna graps Strange by the lapels and shakes him.
(From G_M) Strange: sorry, thought you were talking about someone else.
Brianna exclaims, "What are you going on about!"
Alonso asks, "Aha, I begin see. How much did Annika pay you?"
Brianna exclaims, "This woman is going to die in one hour, and you are blathering!"
Alonso says, "She's new here. Surely she wouldn't have the necessary contacts to deal with Selvarathi."
[colonial] Brianna asks, "of course, we've been blathering quite a bit ourselves, but no need to point that out, is there?"
Tymen heads back over the wall, to wait down the street for his companions.
(From G_M) Strange: It's a classic romance story! Second wife wants to be part of the Sati, and must get rid of First Wife before the husband dies! It's in all the local classics!
Reginald says, "Someone should have filled in the Husband on his part."
(From G_M) Strange: (to Alonso) Annika came to me ... we had some, uh, mutual friends.
Reginald says (to Strange), "You could hang for this. Or worse."
Alonso asks, "It strikes me how little we know of Annika's background. Does she also know of the once-members of the swordsman's guild?"
(From G_M) Strange: So I set her up with Anders, in exchange for a little token of appreciation. And I say it doesn't look like her usual style, but if she really loves the guy then so be it.
Brianna says, "Well, now we are getting somewhere. Much better."
Brianna puts the man down and smooths his lapels.
Brianna says, "Thanks."
(From G_M) Strange: (cough)
[Crows-Nest] Alonso says, "And just think, the GM only had to hit us over the head three or four times before we got it."
[colonial] Tymen asks, "Which one of you was wearing the wire?"
[colonial] G_M throws drama die at Brianna
[Crows-Nest] Reginald says (to Alonso), "You're the man."
Reginald says (to Strange), "You won't mind coming along with us just a bit longer, I trust."
(From G_M) Strange: it's possible that she might have had contact with Anders in Vendel before either of them came here. I wouldn't know about that.
Alonso says, "And then sent him a lovely bottle of poisoned wine"
(From G_M) Strange: oh dear.
Reginald says, "We've enough to stop the stoning. Let's do so before it's too late."
(From G_M) Strange: Is he ...?
Alonso says, "Weak, but otherwise unharmed."
(From G_M) Strange: (to Alonso) Thank goodness. He's one of the best, you know.
Reginald says (to Strange), "Come along. We're taking a walk."
(From G_M) Strange: errrr....
G_M says, "(not like he has much choice, it seems. You could lead him out if you want.)"
(From G_M) Strange: you *owe* me, you know that. you owe me.
Alonso says, "As do so many people, Anders included"
Reginald asks, "What do you think we owe you, pray tell?"
(From G_M) Strange (to Reginald) I'll think of something.
Reginald says, "Think it over during our stroll."
Brianna says, "I believe you have it backward, sir. You owe us, not the other way around. You should consider thanking us."
Reginald mostly politely escorts Strange out to Tyman, presumably with the others.
Tymen will contrive to coincidentally meet with the others in the street, on their stroll.
Alonso says (to Tymen), "Ah, there you are. We've learned such interesting things."
Brianna stays close behind.
Reginald says (to Brianna), "Keep him close, please."
Tymen says, "Ah, good morning -- and to you, Doctor."
(From G_M) Strange: (to Reginald) Hmmm ... maybe a cutting from a Vanilla Orchid...? Etienne Crieux up in Lacathe is the only known person to have successfully bred that plant in captivity....
Reginald exclaims, "There's no time to spare. To the palace!"
Reginald says (to Strange), "I shan't be bought."
(From G_M) Strange: no no, I was hoping you could get me a cutting ...
(From G_M) Strange: Seeing as how you owe me for this.
[colonial] Reginald says, "Hmmm. My very early notes on the game speculate against the second wife, briefly."
Reginald says (to Strange), "I'll see what I can do."
Brianna says, "Hmm, you still have it backward, sir. You owe us, and should consider thanking us."
Tymen says (to Others), "While you were meeting with the Doctor, I've been speaking to Anders. He's concerned that the local authorities may have evidence against him for another crime, a week ago."
Alonso says, "Another crime? He's been busy."
Tymen says, "He's not worried, though. He believes that if he fingers the man who paid him to do it, that they'll gladly go after that 'mastermind' instead of him."
(From G_M) Strange does mental calculations.
Reginald says (to Tymen), "What, no honour among thieves? I wouldn't have guessed."
Reginald hurries along.
G_M says, "A crowd is forming in the square."
Brianna says, "That sounds about right, unfortunately. If they do get the mastermind, that would be worth more than a flunky, even though the flunky deserves the gaol."
Reginald says (to Alonso), "You should probably present our case, given your position."
Alonso mutters, I only hope we're in time.
[Crows-Nest] G_M says, "whoa. I have never seen an American spell it that way before."
[Crows-Nest] G_M asks (of Brianna), "you part British?"
[Crows-Nest] Alonso asks, "what, 'flunky'?"
[Crows-Nest] Tymen says (to Alonso), "Hee."
[Crows-Nest] G_M says, "no, "gaol"."
[Crows-Nest] Reginald says, "Gah-OOOL"
[Crows-Nest] Tymen asks (of GM), "We're in the old world, remember?"
[Crows-Nest] G_M says, "oh yeah"
Alonso starts looking for someone in charge.
[Crows-Nest] Brianna says, "That's how I've seen it spelled. I didn't know there was another way."
G_M says (to Alonso), "They're waiting for you, actually."
[Crows-Nest] Tymen says (to Brianna), "Most Americans spell it 'jail'."
Alonso says, "Good morning, good morning. I do hope we're in time to prevent a terrible mistake."
[Crows-Nest] Reginald says, "I thought a gaol was synonymous with gallows."
[Crows-Nest] Brianna says, "Hrmph. I thought gaol was like a pillory. Oops."
[colonial] Reginald says, "Presumably the General himself is at hand."
(From G_M) Official: (to Alonso) There you are! You are required to make your denunciation (he looks pleased at knowing the word) before the stoning!
Alonso says, "Did you have a chance to talk to Anders? We have secured additional evidence to prevent Selvarathi's stoning."
G_M says, "The General is presiding."
Reginald glances over at Strange. Is he starting to sweat?
G_M says, "The Official bows respectfully to Alonso and clears a way to centrestage."
G_M says (to Reginald), "Given the heat and humidity around here, sweat doesn't really say much. But he does seem nervous."
Alonso murmurs, "This should be interesting. I've never argued a case before."
Brianna says, "I'll be praying for you, Father."
Alonso brings Strange along. "How would you like this presented? I'm not an unreasonable man, after all."
Reginald says (to Brianna), "Keep a hand on him. He'd be the devil to catch through these streets."
[colonial] Alonso asks, "So is the idea that I'll present evidence to the General at this point?"
G_M says, "Annika has just finished saying her piece and is making her way back into the crowd. She frowns when she sees Strange being pulled along."
[colonial] Reginald says, "Yeah, I think so. Ham it up."
Brianna takes a firm hold of Strange.
Alonso says, "Ah, Annika! So nice of you to attend."
[colonial] Reginald says (to Tyman), "Feel free to wave vaguely evidence-ish-appearing props at appropriate intervals."
G_M says, "The Official whispers to Alonso that the standard procedure is for him to state his case, denouncing the accused, and to step down."
Alonso nods to the Official.
[colonial] Alonso says, "Double-check my facts here. Anders is hired through Strange to accost Selvarathi. Anders flees to <boat whose name I've forgotten>. His employer sends poisoned wine to shut him up."
[colonial] Alonso says, "Said employer is Annika."
[colonial] Reginald says, "Strange hired by... yeah."
[Crows-Nest] G_M says, "that's what you've pieced together, yes."
[colonial] Reginald says, "That's sorta the important bit."
[colonial] Alonso says, "Hey, I have to leave the bit about Annika for last. Dramatic tension and all of that."
[colonial] Reginald says, "Also, full confession from Strange, yadda yadda."
[colonial] Brianna asks, "should you mention the note?"
[colonial] Alonso says, "Oh, right. Remind me about the note."
[colonial] G_M asks, "Which note do you mean, Anders' note or Demitri's note?"
[colonial] Tymen says, "AFAICT, the Demitri note seems to be entirely unrelated to this *particular* case."
[colonial] Alonso says, "I remember the one with the bottle, and that the handwriting matched that found on an earlier note which I've forgotten about."
Tymen makes sure Alonso has Anders' note though, since Tymen was probably the last one holding it.
[colonial] Tymen says, "Where 'seems' is stressed, and 'entirely' is not at all."
(From G_M) Official: (to Alonso) Best make it fast ... there was an attempt on the General's life this morning, and then ... uh ... well, he's not too happy.
Alonso says (to Official), "Oh? Interesting. Well, I shall certainly get started."
Alonso clears his throat and tries not to look too nervous.
Reginald asks (of Strange), "(whispering) Planning on a marriage yourself, were you?"
Alonso says, "As I understand your laws, I am supposed to tell what I saw and in doing so denounce Selvarathi."
(From G_M) Strange: (to Reginald) what? no. why?
Alonso says, "I will tell what I saw, but in the end am unable to denounce her. My companions and I have uncovered evidence indicating that Selvarathi was the victim of an unholy conspiracy."
Alonso pauses for any muttering to die down.
G_M says, "Someone translates for the crowd as Alonso speaks."
(From Alonso) Oh, yes, he also pauses for translation.
Reginald makes generic happy crowd noises.
Alonso says, "It is true that last night I saw Selvarathi kissed by a then-unknown assailant."
Alonso says, "Notice I did *not* say that she kissed him. She appeared as surprised as I was to see him, and indeed drew away from him as he forced his affection upon her."
[colonial] Tymen says, "It occurs to me that it's possible that Alonso will tell his story, and they'll say, 'But she did get kissed, right? OK, stones away.'"
[colonial] Alonso says, "I just know the translation of a lot of this will end up being 'He said she didn't give him a snog.'"
[colonial] G_M says (to Alonso), "hee"
[colonial] Tymen says, "But if that happens, I guess Alonso will just have to kiss Annika."
[colonial] Alonso says, "And then run, twirling my moustachios"
(From G_M) General: So, they *were* kissing, or were they not?
Alonso says (to General), "No. *He* was kissing, a distinction I will support with the evidence we discovered. Selvarathi was not unfaithful."
[colonial] Brianna says, "after a swashbuckling fight, in which we rescue the falsely accused woman, and successfuly flee for our lives."
G_M says, "(confused muttering)"
[colonial] Alonso says, "This is what being a priest is good for: splitting hairs"
[colonial] Tymen says (to Brianna), "Hee."
[colonial] Tymen says (to Alonso), "I thought that's what being a barber was good for."
[colonial] Brianna says, "yes, but in this case, this particular hair is going to result in someones life, not just theological posturing."
Alonso says, "The man who kissed Selvarathi escaped by rowboat to the ship <Ship>."
[colonial] Reginald says, "When in doubt, sucker-punch Strange in the gut."
Alonso says, "We followed, and talked to Corley, master of that ship. With his reluctant help, we were able to discover that Selvarathi's assailant was a man named Anders"
Alonso says, "A man who had just been sent a bottle of poisoned wine, along with this note."
Alonso says, "Indeed, you now have this man in your custody."
G_M says, "(muttering, several people nod sagely.)"
Reginald confers quietly with Tyman about what Tyman discovered.
Reginald says (to Tyman), "Hmmm... amulet... picture..."
Alonso says, "He is a mercenary, hired to stage the scene with Selvarathi. He is *not* Selvarathi's lover, by any stretch of the imagination."
Reginald says (to Tyman), "This kinda looks like the person who wears the amulet gets crowned Emperor."
Brianna "adjusts" her grip on Strange, making him stumble slightly.
G_M says, "(muttering)"
Alonso says, "In fact, we have with us the man who brokered the payment for Anders."
Alonso shifts and gestures in Strange's direction.
Alonso says, "He can confirm that Anders was paid to do what he did."
(From G_M) Strange stumbles and looks around nervously.
Tymen doesn't mention the amulet or the picture right yet, in this crowd, but does quietly mention the ledger transactions if Reginald asks.
Reginald says (to Tyman), "So... the First Wife gets killed, leaving just the two of them. Then the General gets killed. Would these people be ruled by a foreign woman? Of course not. But if she remarried, say a man with an amulet, one who knew their language and their religion..."
Alonso lowers his voice somewhat. "General, you may not wish the next part of my tale told publically, not yet."
Alonso says, "for we know who paid Anders through Strange, and have an idea of what this person had planned."
(From G_M) General: I fear nothing and have nothing to hide. Speak.
Tymen also doesn't mention anything at all anywhere near Strange, considering that it's his house he was sneaking in.
Alonso says, "Very well, General. I fear you are caught up in the machinations of one wife against another. The mind behind the plot was none other than Annika."
[Crows-Nest] Alonso says, "And she would have gotten away with it, too, if it hadn't've been for us meddling PCs."
[colonial] Reginald exclaims, "Hrm; now I have to figure out how to come to this conclusion without metagame knowledge. A brilliant leap of logic!"
[Crows-Nest] Reginald says, "Heh."
(From G_M) General: ...
Reginald gasps dramatically at the appropriate time.
(From G_M) General: Prove it!
Alonso says (to Strange), "Now is your chance to undo the evil you helped set in motion. Speak."
[colonial] Tymen says (to Reginald), "Erm? It's Alonso who's making the speech."
[colonial] Tymen says (to Reginald), "And he seems to have things fairly well in hand."
[colonial] Alonso says, "I'm guessing that, if this speechy thing works, we'll get the chance to present the niggling little details that don't yet fit and, voila, come to the right conclusion."
[colonial] Reginald says, "Indeed he does."
(From G_M) Strange: erm. (cough) yes. Your lordship, sir, your wife Annika came to me a week ago saying she did not wish to share your affections with your first wife....
(From G_M) Strange: So, uh, yes, I told her of a man who would be willing to do anything for a price, and she went to him to arrange ... all this. That's all, sir.
G_M says, "(much muttering, going on for a bit longer and louder than before)"
Brianna "adjusts" again, more firmly, hissing "Liar!" under her breath.
(From G_M) Strange: (hissing back to Brianna) I've told him what he needs to let her go, haven't I?
Brianna exclaims, "And saving your own sorry neck, you lying son of a cockroach!"
[colonial] Brianna says, "the above was supposed to be hissed soto voce, but I missed that part. Sorry."
(From G_M) Strange: I happen to be rather fond of my neck. I'd like to keep it.
Brianna says, "And I'd like to boil it for turkey stuffing."
G_M says, "There's a bit of a commotion at the back of the crowd."
Tymen mutters, within Strange's earshot, "I wonder if that will match Annika's stroy."
[colonial] Alonso says, "I'm wondering how the translator will deal with 'cockroach'"
[colonial] G_M says, "hee"
G_M says, "The General is conferring with some elderly, austere-looking men in white robes."
Reginald turns about.
Alonso stands patiently, leaning slightly on his stick.
(From G_M) Official: (to Alonso) that wasn't what you were supposed to have said!
Alonso says, "No? I'm sorry. Sometimes I get up to speak and, whoops! the truth just slips right out of me. Used to annoy my homiletics instructors to no end."
G_M says (to Reginald), "You see the flash of a golden-haired woman break through the crowd of dark-haired people."
[colonial] Tymen asks, "Is Annika golden-haired?"
(From G_M) Official: (to Alonso) this just makes things complicated! It's alright for fairy stories, but in real life, aiie.
[Crows-Nest] Alonso laughs.
[colonial] G_M says, "yes"
Reginald makes a break for her.
Brianna wishes someone else had pulled the short straw for gaurd duty.
Tymen follows, to keep an eye on Reginald.
G_M says, "The General stands up, scanning the crowd."
[Crows-Nest] Reginald says (to Brianna), "But you're so big and strong."
Brianna drags Strange closer to where Alonso is.
(From G_M) Strange: I've done my part; let me go.
Brianna says, "Good speech, Father. I hope that did the trick, but if not, it is surely in Theus's hands now."
Brianna says (to Strange), "Quiet, churl."
(From G_M) General: She *cares*....
Alonso says, "Here, let me stay with Strange. I think Reginald could use your help."
Brianna says (to Alonso), "If he moves, break his leg. That'll keep him in one spot."
G_M says, "Annika's got a bit of a headstart through the crowd, and it's thinner where she is, so the distance is widening"
Brianna dashes after the woman.
Tymen will cut around, if he thinks he can head her off by using alleys.
[colonial] Brianna asks, "I have sprinting - roll finesse?"
[colonial] G_M says, "okay"
Alonso smiles encouragingly at Strange. "You've done so well, I expect the General will want to thank you."
[7thsea] Brianna rolls 4k3: 6 1 7 1 | 14
[7thsea] Tymen rolls 5k3: 7 3 1 1 1 | 11
[7thsea] G_M rolls 2k2: 6 9 | 15
Brianna exclaims, "Stop that woman!!"
G_M says, "Distance still widening ... she stumbles out the edge of the crowd"
[colonial] Tymen asks, "Who gave Annie the good dice?"
[colonial] Alonso says, "Hey, I'm stuck here babysitting Strange. So pbbbth."
[colonial] Brianna asks, "Is there a horse nearby?"
[colonial] G_M says (to Brianna), "no, but there are a couple of elephants."
[colonial] Tymen smirks.
[colonial] Brianna asks, "hmm, I dunno. Does riding count for elephants?"
[colonial] G_M says, "would be a bit harder, but sure."
[colonial] Brianna says, "cool. I'm on it."
Tymen grabs a convenient trellis, and chases from the rooftops, where he can get a clearer view of where she's headed.
[colonial] G_M says, "(I seem to recall warning you that there'd be elephants but no horses when you took Rider.)"
[colonial] Reginald asks, "Oh; I've got sprinting. So it's Finesse k Sprinting?"
[colonial] Reginald says, "Also: tracking."
Brianna grabs a <on a horse it would be a girth strap and pommel> and pulls herself up on an elephant.
Brianna exclaims (at elephant), "Mush!"
G_M says, "By the time you all get on top of whatever, Annika's disappeared around a corner."
Alonso keeps standing on his tiptoes to watch everyone chasing Annika.
[colonial] Tymen says, "Finesse + Sprinting k Finesse."
[colonial] G_M says (to Reginald), "shorten that to a single roll, finesse + tracking"
Eolo has connected.
Reginald follows as best he can.
[colonial] Reginald says, "Ah."
[7thsea] Reginald rolls 5k3: 9 10+3 5 7 1 | 29
[colonial] Reginald says, "Well, THAT worked better."
[colonial] Alonso says, "Man, being the priest in 7th Sea is just like in D&D, only you have to talk a lot instead of casting healing spells."
G_M says, "From the rooftop, Tymen can see Annika headed towards the docks. Reginald's figured it out as well. Brianna's got the elephant moving, she just needs a direction to point it."
[colonial] Reginald says, "I summon the Divine Power of Gift of Gab."
Reginald exclaims, "I say, stop there!"
Tymen exclaims (at Brianna), "That way!"
Brianna heads that way, whichever way that is. The elephant plows ahead.
Reginald runs along at an unseemly pace.
(From G_M) Official: (for Alonso's benefit) Well, now that his lordship knows how much she cares, I think he's planning on elevating her status to joint-first-wife ... that's never happened except in one fairy tale....
[7thsea] G_M rolls 2k2: 6 3 | 9
Alonso says, "Really? I'm sure she'll be terribly thrilled."
Alonso says, "It is, I would guess, exactly what she wanted."
Tymen hops over narrow alleys and gutters, trying not to lose her.
[colonial] Reginald says, "Yay roll."
G_M says, "You round a corner and catch sight of Annika on the docks. She's looking for a ship to get onto."
Alonso says, "What's that term? Karma? Yes, I think that's very appropriate."
[colonial] Tymen says, "Y'know, it might be best to let her go."
[Crows-Nest] Reginald says, "No good deed goes unpunished. Except visa versa."
(From G_M) Official: It is romantic, isn't it? She and Selvarathi will share in the Sati together.
[colonial] Tymen says, "Considering that, if we catch her, she gets promoted. And if we don't, she still thinks she's a criminal."
[colonial] Reginald has always been the type to chase after blondes.
Alonso says, "That's quite the honor for a second wife, yes? And a foreign woman at that."
[colonial] Tymen says, "But I think only Alonso would be able to realize that."
[colonial] Reginald asks, "Also, isn't the Sati that burning-up thing?"
[colonial] Alonso says, "it is"
[colonial] Brianna asks, "how close am I to Anni?"
[colonial] Reginald says, "We don't want anyone to miss out on that."
Reginald keeps pumping those crazy legs.
(From G_M) Official: (nodding) oh yes, it is. It will ensure that they will meet again in the next life.
G_M says, "You're all pretty close now. The open docks makes it harder for Tymen, but the others could easily catch up."
[colonial] Reginald says, "Of course, I bet Strange could have guessed this outcome."
[colonial] Tymen says, "I assume I'm too far away to jump on her."
[colonial] Tymen says, "But then, so long as I can direct Brianna and the elephant, it doesn't matter if I'm all that close."
[colonial] Brianna says, "when I'm in range, I try to grab her."
[colonial] G_M says (to Brianna), "You are in range."
Brianna grabs for Anni.
(From G_M) Official: of course, the General always thought she married him for his money ... I'm sure this has made him very happy.
G_M says (to Brianna), "Annika screams, and the next thing you know Brianna has pulled her off the ground."
Reginald avoids the huge beast.
[Crows-Nest] Reginald says, "And also the elephant."
Alonso says, "I'm glad. In fact, this seems like an ideal outcome. Almost fairy-tale-like. Selva lives, Annika is elevated, and the General discovers that both of his wives love him very much."
(From G_M) Official nods happily.
[colonial] Tymen asks, "Does an elephant have brakes?"
[colonial] Tymen asks, "Or is it about to become a very wet elephant?"
[colonial] G_M says, "it better."
G_M says, "Annika keeps screaming as she is hauled up onto the elephant's back."
Reginald says (to Annika), "You've made your bed."
Tymen watches from above, where he's stopped to catch his breath.
Brianna claps a hand over Annika's mouth, turns the elephant around, and <on a horse it would be spur>'s the elephant back to the General.
G_M says, "The crowd cheers as you all come within sight. By this time, Selvarathi has been brought out of the prison and, to her surprise, led up to the General rather than down to the stoning post."
Tymen climbs back to ground level and walks, rather than sprints, back.
Alonso beams at everyone, pleased with how things are turning out.
Reginald chokes back a tear.
G_M says, "The General is making his announcement (which the Official has already told Alonso). More cheering. Though Selvarathi doesn't look too happy. Annika, meanwhile, appears to be in a state of shock."
Brianna hands Anni down to the General.
Reginald steals another glance at Strange.
G_M says, "The General embraces Annika. Who is still in shock."
(From G_M) Strange: ...if the stories are true, this is quite out of character....
(From G_M) Strange shakes his head. "...anything's possible, I suppose...."
G_M says, "The General steps down and escorts his two wives back towards their mansion. Selvarathi is shooting death-stares at Annika behind his back. Annika still seems stunned."
Reginald says, "Well. Once again, we've saved the day."
Brianna grins at Anni.
Brianna says, "We're heroes."
Alonso says, "Huh. That turned out not at all as I expected."
G_M says, "You hear the Official gabbling away at the happy trio as they leave. Then Annika's voice, a little uncertain: "Sati? What's that?"."
[Crows-Nest] Alonso laughs and laughs.
[Crows-Nest] Reginald says, "Waa waa waa waaaaaaa"
[Crows-Nest] Tymen says, "Very nice."
[Crows-Nest] Brianna says, "Cool."
[Crows-Nest] Reginald says, "Cue the Heroes' March from Star Wars."
[Crows-Nest] Brianna says, "You'd think Anni would thank us."
[colonial] Tymen says, "If there's an afterward segment, once we're back on the ship without outsiders around, then I'll bring out the amulet and pages for general inspection."
[colonial] Tymen says, "If not, they can wait until the next story comes around. :)"
G_M says, "Ah, I might as well tell you now ... it being the wrap-up."
[Crows-Nest] (from Reginald) G_M says, "You all contracted malaria and die in three months."
G_M says, "Strange has you all over for lunch, saying that you'll be characters in another local romantic fairy tale because of this. He lets slip that he knows something about Annika's past...."
G_M says, "...that she supposedly married some wealthy merchant who fell off his ship and drowned a few months after his marriage ... then there was a Montaigne noble who was (supposedly) murdered by a rival ... and then people began to get suspicious of her, so she left...."
G_M says, "Strange was of the opinion that she'd married the General for his money, hence his surprise when she came to him about elevating herself to first wife status. Since, around here, it's always the second wife who inherits."
[colonial] Alonso says, "Oh my"
[colonial] Tymen says, "Someone may not have researched her part."
G_M says, "Matters with Demitri and his gang seem to be hurriedly smoothed over ... Strange will eventually send you a letter to tell you that Demitri had staged an attempt on the General's life, to prevent the supposed alliance with the Crescents. But then it turned out there was to be no alliance."
G_M says, "In fact (Strange isn't sure who Demitri's source is) there's a rumour going around that the General is the only one standing in the way of such an alliance. Dunno how that happened."
G_M says, "Things in Rajkapur aren't entirely happy, however. Seems the General is missing a Very Important Item -- something called "The Warrior's Key" which he wears around his neck to all royal functions. It's supposed to be a holy sign of his office."
[colonial] Alonso says, "What's that I hear? It sounds like...like...like a *sequel*"
[colonial] Tymen says, "Maybe someone could arrange to find it for him..."
G_M says, "(Strange mentions that there are supposed to be four such keys, each capable of opening an entrance to the inner sanctuary of the Forbidden Temple."
[colonial] Tymen says, "...for a suitable reward."
[colonial] Reginald says, "On the Forbidden Island, I bet."
[colonial] Tymen says, "Mmm."
[colonial] G_M says (to Reginald), "yep."
[Crows-Nest] Brianna exclaims, "ooh!"
[colonial] Tymen asks, "The key, I assume, is an assymmetrical metal amulet?"
G_M says, "And religious life in Rajkapur has encountered a bit of a difficulty, since it appears that the leader of the warrior caste no longer has access to the temple. So it's almost as if the entire army has been deployed in search of it...."
G_M says, "...the end...."
Reginald exclaims, "Hurray!"
Reginald says, "Well worth the wait."
[colonial] G_M asks (of Tymen), "why do you ask?"
[colonial] Brianna exclaims, "I think I smell an adventure for the new year!"
Alonso exclaims, "Yay!"
Reginald says (to G_M), "Mysteries are notoriously hard to pull off in RPG's; well done."
G_M says, "thank you."
[colonial] Tymen says (to GM), "Oh, no reason. Certainly nothing that I'd know about such things."
Alonso says, "Yeah, everything managed to stay somewhat murky until near the end"
Alonso says, "at least, for me."
G_M says, "This is entirely OOC, but I should mention that the iron amulet that Tymen picked up ... that was Annika's payment to Strange for his part in the deal."
Brianna says, "But not so murky that it got overly frustrating."
Alonso says, "oho"
Tymen says, "Oooh."
Alonso says (to Brianna), "yeah. There were always leads to follow"
Tymen says, "Now I'm curious if Strange mentioned anything about the Forbidden Island earlier, which I think he did."
G_M says, "He should have ... wait, yes, he did ... there was that bit about a ruby the size of a plover's egg."
Brianna says, "Good game, and now I'm for bed. I have a plane to catch in the morning."
G_M exclaims (at Brianna), "Bon voyage!"
Alonso exclaims (at Brianna), "Have a good trip!"
Tymen says (to GM), "Ah, right."
Tymen licks his lips hungrily.
Brianna exclaims, "See you all in Colonial 2!"
Brianna has disconnected.
G_M says, "which will happen after Vodacce 2."
Tymen has disconnected.
