Venzi is a man dressed in Vodacce black and with the features of that
land, but with a look in his eye and an edge to his voice that seem to
suggest elsewhere. On his belt a rapier hangs casually, clearly
something that has been drawn before and will be again.

Venzi walks with a roll to his step that suggests, perhaps, that he has
not been on solid land for some time. His clothes are faded and
much-repaired; if they were ever nice, that was quite some time ago.
