Next turns: I will try to poke in when I can but here are the next couple moves.

Dark next turn: flies home w/o cargo. Works on his sonic device some more, trying to add 'passivity' and 'aggressivity' settings (again with Engineering). Dark turn after: finishes clearing out sub, capturing the jellyfish while he's at it.

Rafael next 2 turns: presuming he's safe, water sampling. Otherwise he'll flee to nearest safe place and water sample there.

Basinbloke: next turns he wants to a.) gather info about boosting Prime's vote count b.) get info on what's needed to pass the punish-Gwyne for soldiers/environment bill and c.) get some info on the Emperor's representative and what they're all about d.) make sure everything is ok on the vote count w/o Falus e.) be present at the vote (bill w/o the Falus rider if it is ok to leave it off) and then go to the party Silentus will get invites for.

Cargo ship: keeps on trucking and selling, chemicals higher priority than kelp, making sure Aramin gets their 1 kelp/1 chemical for the care package.

If the research turns out a cheap farming upgrade (like 1 or 2 megacredits) the builders can go ahead and do that; otherwise that might be worth a loan but I'll have to be here to figure that out.

Research looks for cool uses of surrounding wildlife. Like maybe the local whitetigers are usable as troop mounts or a fish secretes a particularly useful juice or they are able to talk to birds or something.
