The Fightin' Fighters are the longest-serving military unit of House Intrepid, having been formed during the rebellion against Gwynne. Ironically, they are also the least well-trained.
History
Turn 1: The unit accompanies Bram Lincoln Continental to meet with an angry and hostile tribe of avestruz natives; they would later become The Yowling Yoshis.
Turn 2: The Fightin' Fighters move to protect the Greenland colony from Gwynne drones in the First Battle of Greenland. They sustain heavy casualties.
Turn 3: The Fighters decide the best way to protect the hospital is by occupying most of its beds. They recover from their various injuries.
Turn 4: Healthy, the unit disguises themselves as astro-polo players and boards the Titanicus, under the command of Seve Ballesteros. They quickly encounter pirates and defeat them in the Taking of the Thunderbird! battle.
Turn 5: The Fighters transfer to the Thunderbird! under Captain Seve.
